Our prices, price quotation requests

Our prices refer in each case to our full service, that is, they include all the tasks that are connected to interpretation or translation, editing and proofreading. With the exception of special, unique cases we do not charge a surcharge for urgent translations. Moreover you may save up to 90 % of the standard price of your order in the case of word repetitions with using the translation assisting software recommended by us.

In order to be able to better get acquainted with your concepts and in the interest of the accuracy of our price quotation, by all means give us the following information in your price quotation request:

1. The language pair you wish to use or from which language to what language you wish to have the translation done.
2. The format of the files that are to be translated.
3. The quantity of the text that is to be translated expressed either as the number of words or the number of characters with spaces.
4. The field where the document to be translated will be used.
5. The deadline by which the work has to be completed or submitted.

Moreover, it is worthwhile to think over whether based on the size of the document it is justified to use a translation assisting software or not. Although in the case of translating texts of 10 pages or longer we do automatically use this option, in the case of documents that contain repeated elements the usage of these software may mean a significant cost saving for you even in the case of shorter documents.
